I’m In! Tuja Wellness 21 Day Kindness Challenge


This is a challenge that I’m so excited to participate in!  Are you in?  You should be.

Random Acts of Kindness… we all know there is room in our lives to be kinder to others, ourselves and the planet.  This may sound like a “tree-hugger-ish” or “utopian” sort of notion… but quite frankly, this is a very good thing for our health.  Stress and negative emotion can lead to insomnia, depress our immune system, slow down our detoxification, promote low mood and/or anxiety and lower our energy levels.

The stress we put on ourselves when we judge ourselves or experience negative self talk can cause a significant amount of stress.  Moreover, it can derail us from our efforts to be healthy, it can influence the relationships we have with the most important people in our lives and it can impact the way we treat our environment.

Every positive thought, word and action we put in motion has the potential to transform our lives and the lives of others.  This challenge has a lot of heart… let’s join in and shine a light.
