Savoury Garlic Rapini


It doesn’t get any simpler or tastier than this!

Have you cooked rapini?  If not you have to try this simple recipe.  If you have you know what I’m talking about.

Rapini look like a long, stretched out version of broccoli.  It has that deep green colour, but less florets.  Sometimes when rapini is cooked it can be bitter, but if you follow these simple steps the bitter flavour will be eliminated and you’ll enjoy a delicious savoury green veggie dish.
