Quench That Thirst!


Set aside the lemonade and gatorade this summer!  If you want true hydration and electrolyte replenishment go with fruit infused water.  I made a delicious, absolutely thirst quenching, loaded with ice and chilled to the max summer drink that was out of this world.  It was simply cucumber infused water with the juice of 1 whole lemon squeezed into it.  It had a great refreshing flavour and was all natural.  That’s right on my wavelength.

We made water like this for the clinic a couple of weeks ago and since then we’ve had patients reporting back with all the awesome naturally infused water they are making to stay cool this summer.  Check out the link below to get some great ideas.  Truly, the sky is the limit!
