Check out this great article posted online about caffeine. I am often frustrated by the health articles regularly posted online toting the benefits to drinking coffee. I just don’t understand how we’ve come so far in misinformation that the media would broadcast that regularly consuming caffeinated and acidifying beverages could be good for us?
This article was refreshing because it hits the nail on the head with regard to the health issues caused by caffeine. The author talks about her own journey in drinking less caffeinated beverages, and I thought this was great. With Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Coke, Pepsi and Red Bull abounding, it’s a realistic look at a genuine first world health issue.
