9 Foods To Avoid

Dr. Mercola posted a great article on the “9 Foods to Avoid.”  I absolutely agree with this list and it should be in everyone’s brain when they grocery shop.

Here’s the list:

1) Canned Tomatos

2) Processed Meats (deli meat, etc.)

3) Margarine (… wow… people still buy this?)

4) Vegetable Oils (think also store bough salad dressings and sauces)

5) Microwave Popcorn

6) High Pesticide Produce

7) Table Salt

8) Soy

9) Artificial Sweeteners (think also what’s in store bought drinks)
