This was my quickie breakfast this morning. A myriad of good things making a satisfying first meal of the day!
Started with Mesa Sunrise Cereal from Nature’s Path. (Nature’s Path foods are Non-GMO and Mesa Sunrise is Gluten Free)
Handful of Walnuts
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
Sprinkle of raisins
